Description

The laboratory complex is designed to conduct laboratory work in specialties related to the operation of pumping equipment, pipelines and automation systems of pumping stations.
The complex consists of four control and monitoring systems: 2 pumping station control systems, a consumption monitoring system and a control system. Each system contains a programmable logic controller.
The hydraulic system of the stand allows for the measurement of fluid flow and pressure with various devices and the automated control of these parameters. Consists of separate fluid supply and fluid control systems.

1. Study of the operating principle and technical characteristics of pressure, flow and level sensors.
2. Study of the principle of operation and technical characteristics of actuators: electric valves, control and shut-off valves.
3. Study of technical characteristics and programming of parameters of an electromechanical system: asynchronous motor, pump, frequency converter.
4. Study of the control device of the automation system (programmable controller).
5. Study of the architecture of a distributed automation system.
6. Study of automation system software.
7. Study of SCADA system software.
