The complex is designed for group classes and independent work of students. Provides a study of the circuit diagram and operating principle of the pneumatic brake system of a truck.
The software and methodological complex contains: a three-dimensional model of the principle diagram of the pneumatic braking system of a truck, an animated image of the principle of operation of the braking system. A dynamic three-dimensional demonstration of the operation of each line of the brake system has been implemented, the following operating modes have been implemented: filling the brake system with air in compliance with the algorithms for filling the brake system circuits; braking mode; parking brake activation mode.
The software and methodological complex contains the following interactive three-dimensional objects: front brake chamber; compressor; dual-line bypass valve; receiver; rear brake chamber with energy accumulator; emergency brake release valve; accelerator valve; connection head; stop signal; parking brake warning lamp switch; moisture-oil separator with pressure regulator; STS crane; two-pointer pressure gauge; main brake valve; four-circuit safety valve; kutp-2; brake force regulator; engine stop pneumatic cylinder; pneumatic cylinder of the VTS damper; block of control signal lamps.
