Description

“Purpose. The simulator should be designed for initial training, improvement or correction of the management skills of drilling machine operators, optimization and reduction of energy and resource costs in the maintenance and operation of drilling machines by developing practical skills and control skills of drilling machine operators.
The software and hardware complex must consist of hardware and software parts.
The hardware must be a personal computer, a pedal unit, and a steering wheel.
The visualization system must consist of a monitor with a diagonal of at least 24” Ultra FullHD 1920×1080 matrix resolution and a virtual reality helmet.
The software part should consist of modules:
• “Basics of machine control and positioning”
• «Drilling»

Module “Fundamentals of machine control and positioning”:
Contains the following tasks:
• engine starting
• checking the brake system
• forward movement of the machine
• moving the machine backwards
• turn the machine left/right at an angle of 90 degrees
• movement of the machine on an inclined surface
• rules for driving a car when clearing lanes with another vehicle
• rules for driving a car when passing a pedestrian
• positioning the machine “horizontally”
• boom positioning (vertical, horizontal)
Tasks have a “Training” mode, in which the student is provided with messages or graphic information on the screen to correctly complete the task.
The tasks have a “Control” mode, in which the student must choose the correct sequence of actions for the current task.

Module «Drilling»:
Contains the following tasks:
• drilling fans
• drilling single wells with setting azimuth, degrees
Tasks have a “Training” mode, in which the student is provided with messages or graphic information on the screen to correctly complete the task.
The tasks have a “Control” mode, in which the student must choose the correct sequence of actions for the current task.
After the training session, the results are generated automatically and recorded in the User database for subsequent analysis of the training session.

In this module, the student will drive the route in accordance with all the rules, and an emergency situation will be randomly selected to which it is necessary to respond correctly and in a timely manner.
