Description

Purpose: The demonstration model “Installation of enrichment by flotation method” is intended for visual demonstration of the main elements of the external and internal structure of the flotation machine (the model shows one of the sections of the installation), and for conducting theoretical classes in specialized educational institutions.

Description: The model is a prefabricated structure on a reduced scale: made of plastic (the main material of the model), painted with acrylic paint (in aerosol packaging) and rubber (drive belt), the type of connection of the parts is adhesive. The layout displays the installation with a demonstration of the main elements, which allows students to clearly demonstrate the structure and operating principle of the installation (the layout is not operational). The model is made in a floor-standing design; it is mounted on a frame made of rolled metal, coated with protective powder enamel, on wheels, which ensures the mobility of the model. The layout has sufficient detail to represent the device and the operating principle of the installation.
