Purpose: The light-dynamic stand-tablet “Hydrohammer” is intended for mastering the design and operating principle of such installations in technological schemes of coal enrichment in specialized educational institutions.
Description. The tablet stand is a rigid front panel made of MDF 8 mm thick, in a plastic frame 90 mm thick. A polymer backing with a color image of a hydraulic hammer is glued onto the front panel, reflecting its operating principle and structure. Inside the frame there is a controller that controls the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the operating principle and installation device, dynamic LED backlighting and magnetic sensors are installed on the front panel to implement the “demonstration”, “training” and “control” modes. In the “demonstration” mode, a dynamic light demonstration of the operating principle of the installation is carried out. In the “learning” mode, when one of the installation elements is highlighted, the LED opposite the corresponding element name lights up. In the “control” mode, the student must himself compare the name of the element with its image on the front panel.
