Purpose. The dynamic light tablet stand is intended for methodological support of the educational process of studying the structure and operating principle of an excavator in specialized educational institutions.
Description. The dynamic light tablet stand consists of a front panel made of MDF, 8 mm thick, in a frame made of PVC profile, 90 mm wide, with hangers and a back wall made of fiberboard. A backing made of polymer material with a full-color graphic image of the schematic structure of the excavator is glued to the front panel. To provide a demonstration of the principle of operation of the excavator, images of the excavator (side view and top view) are presented on the front panel, which depict the main principles of the principle of operation of the excavator. For clarity, LEDs are installed, controlled by an electronic logic device that implements the excavator operation scheme. The electrical circuit of the stand is powered by a standard switching power supply. On the side panel of the stand there is a power cord connector and a power supply switch. For the purpose of visually illustrating the design of the excavator, LED lighting and magnetic sensors are installed in the front panel to implement the “training” and “control” modes, which are implemented using a magnetic pointer included in the kit. In the “training” mode, when one of the excavator elements is highlighted, the LED opposite the corresponding element name lights up. In the “control” mode, the student must himself compare the name of the excavator element with its image on the diagram.
