Description

Purpose: A dynamic light tablet stand with moving elements is designed to study the principle of operation of a front-end loader, the kinematics of movement of its main elements, the principles of operation of hydraulic systems of mining equipment in specialized educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education.

Description: The stand is a rigid front panel made of MDF 8 mm thick, in a plastic frame 90 mm thick. A polymer backing with a color image of the front loader and its basic hydraulic circuit is glued to the front panel. Inside the frame there is a controller that controls the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the kinematics of movement of the main elements of the front loader and its hydraulic circuit, dynamic LED lighting is installed in the front panel, demonstrating the change in the direction of fluid flows in the hydraulic lines at different positions of the machine control hydraulic valve layouts. The working body of the machine is made movable — in the form of flat models mounted on the front panel, and moves according to the corresponding movements of the movable models of the control hydraulic valves. This stand presents movable flat models of actuators (bucket and boom) and models of two corresponding hydraulic control valves. The boom model implements lifting/lowering, the bucket implements rotation around the mounting axis. The models of the actuators are made of anodized aluminum with a thickness of at least 2 mm with a color, wear-resistant image applied by metallography. Models of hydraulic valves are made according to a combined scheme (the substrate and base are made of organic glass, and the front panel is made of anodized aluminum no more than 0.5 mm thick with a wear-resistant image of the distributor circuit applied by metallography). When one of the control valves is moved on the hydraulic circuit, a corresponding movement of the model of the moving element occurs and a visual indication (by LEDs) of the direction of fluid flow in the hydraulic system during this movement occurs.
