Purpose: The training simulator is designed to carry out work on studying the structure, the main characteristics of the unit for feeding young cattle — “Milk Taxi”, the design of its main components, mechanisms, principles of their functioning and operating modes.
Description
The stand is a mobile device for storing, transporting and preparing milk formula, adapted for the educational process. The device consists of a mobile platform. A tank with a heating system is installed on the platform, pumping the mixture from the tank cavity into the feeding container. A tap is installed to drain the remaining mixture. To stir the mixture during cooking, as well as to uniformly distribute the temperature throughout the volume, the device is equipped with a stirrer with an electric motor. The mixer drive allows you to mix the milk replacer powder. “Taxi” is equipped with heating, while the mixing unit prevents the mixture from burning. The presence of a battery pump and a filling gun simplifies the feed distribution system. Temperature control is carried out by a digital thermostat on the instrument panel. The installation heats the mixture and maintains a temperature of 40 degrees until distribution.
