Description
Purpose: the electrified light-dynamic tablet stand is designed to study the principle of operation of the tunneling shield, the kinematics of movement of its main elements, the principles of operation of hydraulic systems of mining equipment.
Description: the stand is a rigid base made of MDF 8 mm thick, edged with a plastic PVC profile 90 mm thick. A backing with a color image is glued to the base:
— a general view of the tunneling shield, on which movable mock-ups of the performing organ are located (front view and side view), mock-ups of the moving elements implement rotation (in the front view), as well as back and forth movement (in the side view);
— kinematic diagram of the executive body; to activate its operation, a button with fixation is provided (mounted on the frame), while rotation of the executive body is realized (front view);
— diagram of the drive of hydraulic jacks, the diagram shows a movable model of the hydraulic distributor; when it moves, there is a visual indication with LEDs and the actuator moves back and forth (side view).
The models are made of anodized aluminum 2 mm thick with a color, wear-resistant image applied using metallography. The layout of the hydraulic distributor is made according to a combined scheme, the substrate and base are made of organic glass, and the front panel is made of anodized aluminum 0.5 mm thick with a wear-resistant image of the distributor circuit, applied by metallography. The schematic diagram clearly implements the operating principle of the main elements of the tunneling shield.
