The stand-tablet is intended for carrying out a complex of theoretical work on studying the design and operating principle of the TEM-18 diesel locomotive diesel engine in specialized courses at specialized educational institutions.
Description. The stand is a rigid front panel made of MDF 9 mm thick in a plastic frame 90 mm wide. A polymer substrate with a color schematic image of the TEM-18 diesel locomotive diesel engine is glued to the front panel. Inside the frame there is a controller that controls the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the main elements of the engine and their location, dynamic LED lighting and magnetic sensors are installed in the front panel to implement the “training” and “control” modes. In the “training” mode, when one of the engine elements shown on the front panel is selected, the LED opposite the corresponding element name lights up. In the “control” mode, the student himself compares the name of the element with its image on the front panel.
