Purpose. A light-dynamic stand-tablet with moving elements is designed for mastering the device and operating principle of the operator’s crane. No. 254 in specialized educational institutions.
Description. The light-dynamic stand-tablet is a rigid front panel made of MDF with a thickness of at least 8 mm in a plastic frame with a thickness of at least 90 mm. A polymer backing with a color image of the diagram and operating principle of the operator’s crane is glued to the front panel. No. 254. Inside the frame there is a controller for controlling the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the principle of operation of the crane, dynamic LED lighting and magnetic sensors are installed on the front panel to implement “training” and “control” modes. In the “learning” mode, when one of the faucet elements is highlighted, the LED opposite the corresponding element name lights up. In the “control” mode, the student must himself compare the name of the element with its image on the diagram. The moving element on the stand is a model of the handle for switching the operating modes of the crane: charging; vacation; train position; braking; emergency braking. Depending on the position of the switch, the activated working cavities of the crane and the direction of air flow are demonstrated on the crane diagram using LED backlighting — clearly illustrating the principle of operation of the crane in this mode. The model is made of anodized aluminum with a thickness of at least 2 mm with a color, wear-resistant image applied by metallography.
