Description. The stand-tablet should be a frame structure, on the front panel of which there is a schematic diagram of the battery injection system of a diesel internal combustion engine of a Common Rail truck. The design on the front panel must be protected from damage when using the stand using the lamination method. The tablet stand must include: frame structure (PVC profile no more than 90 mm wide, HDF no more than 3 mm thick, PVC film with a full-color image of the diagram and elements of the diesel internal combustion engine battery injection system of a Common Rail truck, with a resolution of no less than 1400 dpi , a set of suspensions, an electronic logical device — an ADCS-P-4 controller, sensors, a complex of LED indications of fuel lines and components of the injection system); remote magnetic signal supply device. To implement educational goals for studying the structure and operating principle of the battery injection system of a diesel internal combustion engine of a truck, the stand must be equipped with magnetically controlled contacts located under the front panel in the area of each device (device), as well as under the image of the stand menu buttons. The exact location of the magnetically controlled contacts is determined by the colored circle marked on each device of the battery injection system. In the area depicting the fuel pipelines, as well as in the places where magnetically controlled contacts are installed, LED indicators should be placed on the front panel. The operating algorithm of the stand must be implemented by a control module on a PIC controller. The electrical circuit of the stand must be powered by a standard switching power supply. The power cord connector and power supply switch must be installed on the side panel of the stand. At the bottom of the front panel, in order to implement the training and control function, there should be an image of the stand menu buttons and light banners “CORRECT” and “INCORRECT”.
