Purpose: The training stand is designed to carry out work to study the operating parameters and design of the components of the automatic dosing system for mineral fertilizers and seeds.
Description: The stand is a metal base, painted with polymer wear-resistant paint, with a technical set of a stubble seeder installed on it with sowing devices, a drive mechanism and a hopper. The stand is equipped with an electromechanical drive and a variator to ensure rotation of the seeding units. The operation of the equipment is controlled from the dosing control unit. Automatic dosing of mineral fertilizers and seeds is provided by a variator with a linear actuator controlled from a control unit. The technical set of the stubble seeder includes: a hopper with compartments for seeds and fertilizers, sowing units for seeds and fertilizers, a drive gearbox for sowing units, and a gearbox drive chain.
