Purpose. The demonstration model based on the MTZ 320 tractor (or equivalent) is intended for carrying out a wide range of practical work to study the general structure and main characteristics of a wheeled tractor, the design of its main components, mechanisms, assemblies and systems, the principles of their functioning and operating modes, as well as the formation of initial skills in diagnosing, maintaining and repairing tractors in the courses “Design of Automotive Equipment”, “Operation of Automotive Equipment”, “Design and Calculation of Automotive Equipment”. Application area. For higher, secondary and primary vocational education, for educational institutions for training drivers and specialists in the design, maintenance and repair of tractors.
Description. The demonstration model is a cross-section of a wheeled tractor of the MTZ 320 family mounted on a metal stand with a power frame to ensure full suspension of the wheels. At the same time, by means of a drive from a gearmotor installed on the engine flywheel, it is possible to rotate the engine crankshaft with the transmission of torque to all moving elements of the engine and transmission up to the chassis (rotation of the tractor drive wheels). The diesel engine of the tractor is made with sections of the main elements, components and attachments, namely: two cylinders, a cylinder head, a starter, a generator, a compressor, a cooling system pump, a lubrication system pump, a high-pressure fuel pump, a thermostat, intake and exhaust manifolds, front cover of the cylinder block, oil sump, valve covers, oil and fuel filters. The tractor transmission is made with cuts in the gearbox and PTO mechanism. Chassis with split elements (front and rear axles, suspension, front and rear brake units). Steering with split elements (hydraulic power steering, steering rods). The standard light and sound alarms are kept working and fully functional. Sections of body parts: hood, doors, roof, frame, seat, fuel tank, radiator. Sections of the elements of the hydraulic suspension system were made.
