Description
The light-dynamic stand-tablet is designed for mastering the classification of defects and damage to turnout elements in specialized educational institutions.
Description. The stand is a rigid front panel made of MDF 8 mm thick in a plastic frame 90 mm thick. A polymer substrate with a color image of the main defects and damages (at least 30 types) of turnout elements is glued to the front panel, presented in the form of five blocks of classification blocks, each block contains several types of defects (damage) of turnouts. Inside the frame there is a controller that controls the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the types of defects (damage), LED backlighting and magnetic sensors are installed in the front panel to implement “training” and “monitoring” modes. In the “training” mode, when one of the types of damage (defects) is highlighted, the LED opposite the corresponding text name of the defect (damage), located on the right side of the stand, lights up. In the “control” mode, the student must himself compare the text name of the defect (damage) of the turnout element with its image on the front panel of the stand. All blocks presented on the tablet and their text signatures are equipped with magnetically sensitive sensors and LED indicators. The delivery set includes: a magnetic pointer, a power supply with an operating voltage of 220 V.
