Description

The stand must be made in the form of a desktop frame structure, consisting of a load-bearing frame with a front panel attached to it. The following must be fixed on the front panel: an electric motor, a crank mechanism, a brake mechanism, control keys for starting and stopping the electric motor. An electronic device for analyzing and processing information should be located inside the stand frame.
A crank with a slider must be attached to the electric motor shaft, inside which the slide moves. The second end of the link must be secured to the brake shaft. The electric motor must be located in movable supports mounted on the front panel of the stand, allowing the electric motor to rotate around the shaft axis. The magnetic powder brake must be located in movable supports mounted on the front panel of the stand, allowing the brake to rotate around the shaft axis. The load control must be carried out using an electronic regulator controlled by the controller. The value and time of load increase are set on the computer. Strain-gauge force sensors must be attached to the supports of the electric motor and brake, making it possible to record reactive torques on the electric motor housing and the brake housing. Angular displacement sensors must be attached to the shafts of the electric motor and brake, allowing them to record the rotational speeds of the shafts of the electric motor and brake. An electronic device for analyzing and processing information must be located inside the base of the stand. Information from angular displacement sensors and strain gauges is processed by controlled amplifiers. The data enters the controller, which controls the amplifiers and exchanges information with the computer via USB 2.0. The software must provide the ability to save instantaneous values ​​of angular velocities and torques on the shafts of the electric motor and brake to a file on disk for subsequent processing. Using the application, the values ​​of efficiency and angular velocities are displayed on the computer monitor in the form of graphs and an array of values. When making a stand, new components, parts and materials that have not been used before must be used. The stand must be made of rolled steel with a polymer-powder and anti-corrosion coating. Symbols and inscriptions must be produced by photomechanical printing on anodized sheet aluminum.
