Description

The training and educational complex “Simulator-simulator for overhead (tower, gantry) crane operators” is intended for institutions that train crane operators, as well as for institutions of general and secondary vocational education and training centers of enterprises. The complex is designed to teach safe operating techniques and control of modern cranes, and study their design. The simulator allows for training that is most relevant to the work of the driver (operator) on an operating crane, with the development of all possible tasks facing the driver in real work and subsequent monitoring of their implementation.

The complex provides the study of the following capabilities:
– study of the composition, location of controls and instrumentation (instrumentation) of the crane operator’s cabin, as well as practical training in the rules for using controls;
– bringing the crane into working position;
– performing crane operations;
– simulation of the operation of safety devices;
– imitation of a sound signal, the noise of a running engine, and the main units and components of the machine;
– automatic recording of mistakes made, as well as the formation of a database of the results of the exercises performed by the trainee.
